The Junior High School Program starts with Grade 7 until Grade 10. The academic curriculum presents concepts and content from the simplest to the most complicated through spiral progression. The same subject matter is repeatedly taught across grade levels with varying depth and breadth suitable to the learners’ capacity and developmental needs.  Some of the more specific subjects are: Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Earth Science, Trigonometry, Statistics, Advanced Algebra, Calculus, Philippine History, Asian History, World History, Economics, Literature and Research.

As with the Grade School, co-curricular, extra -curricular and enhancement courses and activities are offered in the Junior High to create opportunities for self-expression, richer experiences, thus, cultivating talents and values of the students and enhance personal and social skills.
